Co-ordinates Bingo from topmarks.co.uk
A useful teaching tool for a whole class coordinates activity using different grids and including negative numbers. This is a great activity for use with an interactive whiteboard.
Pupils are offered a coordinate and instructed to use the interactive pen to draw a cross in the appropriate swear on the grid.
They can then click the ‘check’ button for immediate feedback. There are three different cards in all : numbers on the y axis vs letters on the x axis; numbers on both axes; numbers on the y axis and a range of positive and negative numbers in two quadrants on the x axis.
Please note that as this is a Flash based activity. Consequently this activity will not function on iPad or iPhone.
